Invitation-only US beta

Sleepless nights are part of menopause.
You do not have to carry them alone.

stillUp is a small sisterhood for women in menopause who want a little company when sleep will not come.

Contacting us does not create a beta invitation.

A softer kind of connection

There is room for the nights that do not go according to plan.

stillUp is being made for the moments between a restless night and a new day: a small space to notice who else is awake and start a conversation at your own pace.

How it works

A gentle start when the night feels long.

  1. 01

    Make your corner

Choose a display name and city, so the community can feel a little more familiar.

  2. 02

    Share that you’re awake

Choose a one-hour awake session when you want to be visible to others in the beta.

  3. 03

    Ask, then talk

Send a conversation request. Private messaging opens after the other person accepts.

Starting small

An upcoming beta with room to listen.

The US beta is invitation-only and limited to 50 members. There is no public sign-up yet.

  • Profiles, cities, and an optional awake status
  • Conversation requests before private messaging
  • Controls to block or report a member

Questions about the upcoming beta? Email stillupconnections@gmail.com. Contacting us does not create a beta invitation.

Privacy, plainly

The beta is not end-to-end encrypted.

Beta messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but are not end-to-end encrypted.

Do not use stillUp for highly sensitive information. If you report a message, only the content you choose to submit and your reason are shared with administrators.

Connection should feel considered, especially on a hard night.
